IDFG has stated that it would take around 10 years to develop a “high-value fishery” similar the that on the St. Joe River and the North Fork of the Coeur d’Alene River.  There is no data that IDFG has provided to validate this estimate and again, during this period, there is no way that the annual benefits economics would be achievable, if ever!

The concerned residents of Priest Lake are in favor of creating an improved fishery in Priest River. Just not using cold water from Priest Lake.
